Artists

I've always loved Van Gogh and his work, and I don't like just because he is very well-known and is an obvious example of a painter; I have always loved his style of painting, and my favorite painting of his is definitely starry night.  When I was younger, I didn't understand the point of his painting scenes that are not realistic, but I have come to realize the expressionist meaning in it and the beauty of his style - ambiguous enough to leave room for interpretation, yet precise enough to give the viewer the ability to see what's happening in the painting.
